J classes racing round the Nab Tower during the 100 Guinea Cup race , clockwise around the Isle Of Wight. The winner was Lionheart, with Velsheda finishing in 2nd place 3 minutes behind and Ranger bringing up the rear 9 minutes behind the winner. Pretty close stuff after 5+ hours of racing. The other photo's are of people getting into the Olympic spirit and showing their support for Team GBR by participating in the RYA organised "Push the Boat out" as part of the Sail for Gold campaign to raise awareness of our sailors in the games.
